    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to drive results across all channels for our diverse clientele. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive user acquisition strategies for our mobile app and website.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute user acquisition strategies for our mobile app and website.
    • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as SEM, social media, display advertising networks, affiliate marketing programs, and programmatic advertising solutions.
    • Optimize budgets to maximize key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining cost-per-acquisition (CAC) at an optimal level.
    • Collaborate with multiple vendors and third-party tracking partners to ensure efficient campaign delivery and successful achievement of user acquisition goals.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, evaluating them against established goals such as ROI and KPIs.
    • Leverage strong analytical skills to identify trends and insights from campaign data, utilizing these insights to optimize campaign spend and performance for maximum effectiveness.
    • Analyze and optimize the end-to-end customer experience across all acquisition channels and customer touchpoints.
    • Implement and monitor campaign acquisition fraud prevention measures to minimize fraudulent activity.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
    • A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in managing in-house digital performance marketing campaigns for technology companies.
    • Proficiency in utilizing major digital advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Twitter Ads.
    • Experience managing ad networks to optimize user acquisition campaigns.
    • Working knowledge of organic acquisition strategies such as App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with programmatic ad buying strategies.
    • Knowledge of common mobile app install fraud methods and experience with relevant monitoring tools.
    • Ability to stay current with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
    • Experience generating insightful reports using data visualization tools like Google Data Studio.
