    Job Description:

    • Ensuring effective and timely resolution of System and Network related issues while working as a Second level escalation.
    • Regular monitoring and administration of Network devices.3. Installation of new devices for new setups and ensuring upgrade of OS of existing devices.
    • Good understanding on OSPF, BGP,IBGP and other routing protocol.
    • Experienced on CISCO ASR, Nexus, 1811,3600 ,2800.
    • IPAM management.
    • Detailed Knowledge on Tacacs + and radius implementation and configuration.
    • Config management.
    • Administration & management of Web security server.
    • Network monitoring and uptime management for 99.9 % of uptime.
    • Running reports to analyse common complaints and problems.
    • Asset inventory update and Software inventory tracking.
    • Plan and execute in depth technical activity, influencing the direction of activities/plans and providing technical insight and guidance to others.
    • Investigate and help resolve issues on customer's network and IT estates using agreed troubleshooting methodologies.
    • Manage support cases to enable fast resolution that exceeds our customers' expectations Ensuring accurate recording of all cases using the Company's ticket management tool and closing within agreed timeframes.
    • Using the central document repository, to ensure knowledge sharing across the team and enable best practice.
    • Supporting and taking ownership of ad-hoc projects to develop the capabilities of the Ideal Service Centre.
    • Supporting wider team with knowledge share, via knowledge base communications (emails, how-to guides etc.) and contribution at team meetings.
    • In-depth knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP), and VPN technologies. ( Good understanding on OSPF, BGP, IBGP and other routing protocol.)
    • Hands-on experience with network hardware and software, including Cisco routers/switches(ASR, Nexus, 1811,3600 ,2800) and Juniper devices.
    • Create and maintain documentation related to network configurations, processes, and procedures.

    Qualification:

    B. E or B. Tech, BSc (in Computer Science or Information Technology or Electronics and Communication or Electrical Engineering).

    Desktop & Laptop hardware knowledge & Knowledge of Networking (Routing, Switching, Trouble Shoot.

    Professional Certification:

    ITIL V3 Expert Certified, PCI, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CISP, JNCIS is added advantage.

    Salary Budget- 6LPA

    Experience Required- 7+ years
