- Experience of 6 + years on Ivanti administration with flexibility to work across shifts
- Must have been part of migration where core server was updated from one server to another.
- Manage Ivanti Endpoint manager (health checks), health checks, package creation.
- Own the patching administration both on servers and workstations.
- Driver fixes on workstation - Adjust imaging process, update package/patch, Apex packages etc.
- Must have experience on looking into automated patching failures and intervene manually to fix the issues.
