Partner with our F1000 clients and their senior management teams to understand business objectives, frame key business questions and translate them into analytics solutions Work with business and technology partners in cross-functional teams to understand the client's data ecosystem and data availability Lead solution design for performance dashboards, predictive and prescriptive analytics models to solve specific problems in the domain of marketing, eCommerce, customer or operations analytics Apply your experience and expertise in data science methods, problem-solving storytelling capture meaningful insights recommendations from data work with the client partners action those recommendations within the organization Define analytics project roadmaps for clients aligned specific business objectives Facilitate track coordinate communicate reactive proactive support status enhancement requests between the client stakeholders eClerx delivery teams via written documents presentations communication will range high level detailed depending need will take form specifications diagrams date process models Have ability perform tasks independently lead analytics delivery teams direct efforts junior analysts consultants Own end-to-end management analytical modeling projects ensure quality accuracy relevance consumption analytical results recommendations Most importantly successful candidate team player collaborator within eClerx ecosystem across multiple geographies eligibility Requirements Understanding how analytics used decision making one more industries functional areas strong understanding ability interpret solutions models Prescribe suitable solutions limitations toolsets available Experience managing procurement date various sources perform audits Experience using BI Visualization tools Tableau PowerBI etc Excellent communication skills both written verbal present complex technical concepts non-technical audience Strong project management organizational skills Strong problem-solving troubleshooting skills Proven experience prioritizing delegating work meet deadlines objectives quality metrics
