    Asa Copy Group Head at Blink Digital you will play a pivotal role inleading and inspiring our creative team to conceptualize andproduce innovative and compelling advertising campaigns. You willwork closely with the Creative Director to ensure that our clientscreative needs are met and our agency continues to deliverexceptional and effective creative solutions. This role demands ablend of creative prowess leadership skills and strategicthinking.

    CreativeLeadership:
    • Providecreative direction and inspire a team of designers copywriters andother creative professionals.
    • Foster innovationin the creative department.
    • Inspire andmotivate team to consistently deliver highquality work that exceedsclient expectations.
    • Collaborate with theCreative Director forgoals.

    ProjectManagement:
    • Managemultiple projects simultaneously ensuring their completion on timeand within budget.
    • Work withaccount managers and clients to understand project requirements andobjectives.
    • Develop project timelines allocateresources and oversee project progress.
    • Reviewand approve creative concepts designs anddeliverables.

    Conceptualizationand Ideation:
    • Leadbrainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate freshideas and concepts.
    • Craft Creative briefs thatclearly articulate project goals andrequirements.
    • Contribute to the development ofstrategic creative solutions that align with clients marketingobjectives

    QualityControl:
    • Review andprovide feedback on creative work to ensure it aligns with clientbrand guidelines and agency standards.
    • Ensurethat all creative deliverables meet the highest standards ofquality and creativity.
    • Conduct regularcreative reviews and provide constructive feedback toteam
    • members.


    ClientCollaboration:
    • Act asa key point of contact between the creative team and clientsfostering positive clientrelationships.
    • Present creative concepts andcampaign ideas to clients addressing theirfeedback
    • and incorporating revisions asneeded.
    • Ensure that client feedback iseffectively communicated to the creative team forimplementation.

    Trendsand IndustryKnowledge:
    • Stayupdated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practicesin advertising and design.
    • Share knowledge andinsights with the team to enhance creative capabilities andofferings.

    SocialMedia Expertise:
    • Stayuptodate with industry trends and best practices across all socialmedia
    • platforms.
    • Collaboratewith the social media team to integrate creative strategiesseamlessly into social mediacampaigns.
    • Leverage your knowledge of socialmedia platforms for storytelling andcontent
    • creation

    Reelsand VideoContent:
    • Conceptualizeand oversee shortform video content including reels andTikToks.
    • Oversee the production of videocontent ensuring it aligns with client objectives and creativeexcellence.
    • Optimize video content for varioussocial media platforms considering platformspecific guidelines andtrends.
    • Should be comfortable shooting reelsthat are relevant to key audiences and generateleads/highreach

    TheIdealPerson
    • Exceptionalcreative portfolio showcasing a range of successful campaigns andprojects.
    • Strong knowledge of advertisingbranding design and digital mediatrends.
    • Proficiency in creative software andtools such as Adobe Creative Suite.

    YouBring
    • Bachelorsdegree in advertising marketing graphic design or a related field(Masters degree preferred).
    • 4 Years ofexperience in a creative leadership role within an advertisingagency or similar creativeenvironment
