• Minimum 3+ years of Sitecore handson development experience

• Great problemsolving, collaboration, and communication skills

• Design, develop, and customize web applications and digital experiences using Sitecore CMS, including templates, layouts, components, and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and content authors to understand requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs and user requirements.
• Implement best practices for Sitecore development, including Helix architecture principles, modular development, and code reuse.
• Configure and integrate thirdparty modules, plugins, and extensions to extend the functionality of the Sitecore platform.
• Implement and maintain data integrations and APIs to connect Sitecore with other systems and services.
• Perform quality assurance testing and debugging to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of Sitecore solutions.
• Optimize website performance and user experience through performance tuning, caching strategies, and frontend optimization techniques.
• Stay current with the latest Sitecore technologies, updates, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to our development processes and practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior members of the development team, and contribute to knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.
