    Description

    Responsibilities:

    · Develop business enquiries and sales in the whole of Goa and neighboring States.

    · Customer acquisition and engagement, maintaining excellent long-lasting relationships to generate recurring business.

    · Design and implement strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.

    · Achieve sales targets every month successfully.

    · Prepare and present sales, revenue and expense reports along with realistic forecasting to senior management.

    · Coordinate with Projects Team to ensure smooth execution of the projects.

    · Recruit, coach and monitor the performance of sales representatives.

    · Ensure accounts receivables is nil so as to maintain a positive cash flow.

    · Assist in hiring of sales personnel.

    · Be ready to work in a Startup environment.

    Experience & Qualification:

    · B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

    · Sales experience of 8-10 years minimum required.

    · The candidate should have a strong network and experience with EPC companies, PMC, Industries, Hospitality sector etc.

    · Basic knowledge of HVAC, MEP (Compressed Air Systems, Blowers, Pumps, PLC, MCC/PCC, Plumbing etc.), Firefighting, Sewage Treatment Plants, Effluent Treatment Plants, Cooling Towers etc. or any other capital goods.

    · Knowledge of Spares and revamping activities or upgradation activities of equipment.

    · Able to handle a team of Sales Executives independently.

    · Ready to extend working hours if required.

    · Ready to travel 80% of the time.
