• Assess candidate suitability for qualifications and cultural fit within the organization.
• Manage relationships with external partners to streamline the talent acquisition process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and reports.
• E nsure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience.
