    Workstream lead for Asia countries in scope. Ownership of workstream schedule, deliverables & stakeholder management.

    Skills

    • Operating model assessment & design
    • Strong consulting toolkit & frameworks
    • workshop design, facilitation & synthesis with diverse client groups incl use of tools like Mural/Miro
    • Stakeholder management with empathy and solution-oriented mindset

    Experience

    • Experience running workstreams with multi country scope
    • Experience with blueprinting engagements is a prerequisite
    • Similar experience as Chris Barrett. In India, this will need to be a band 2.
