- Raising work permits and completion of jobs in coordination with the maintenance team
- Safety reviews and improvements.
- Monitoring the quality parameters at all stages

Description
This position is to lead a section of Mettur Plant to achieve the desired targets. To ensure the safety of man and machine.
To carry out production activities in the section as per the production plan to meet agreed production targets both quality and quantity with optimum utilization of the available resources ensuring the safety of men, machines, and materials.
1. Capable of troubleshooting the chemical process/production problems.
2. Knowledge of energy conservation, cost reduction & waste management.
Basic exposure to:-
3. Ensure efficiency norms in terms of steam, power, and raw material
4. Ensure preventive maintenance of all mechanical and electrical equipment carried out in the correct time.
5. Involve in cost estimation and commissioning of new projects.
6. Hazop Study Implementation
7. Customer audit-Coordination Exposure
8. Experience in Chemical/Petrochemical Industry -Green Star, TPL , MPL , TCL , Tanfac & Continuous Chemical manufacturing plant
