    We are on the lookout for a skilled professional to fill the position of FX Product Owner. In this role, you will:

    • Be customer-centric, connecting with both internal and external customers to design top-notch experiences.
    • Lead market and customer discovery efforts to shape the long-term vision for the product.
    • Ensure global product alignment with market needs, scalability, and flexibility-control.
    • Act as the product owner, driving delivery for intuitive and scalable global customer experiences.
    • Define a clear product roadmap and vision to achieve business outcomes.
    • Take new ideas from discovery to completion through collaboration.
    • Utilize product management best practices to meet objectives and track key results.
    • Focus on customer personalization and engagement to enhance the user experience.
    • Establish strong partnerships with various teams to deliver efficiently.
    • Lead and coach a high-performing team, fostering growth and success.

    To excel in this role, you should have:

    • Experience in enhancing customer satisfaction, journey quality, and revenue growth through various channels.
    • Background in new product development across digital and non-digital channels.
    • Minimum of 4 years in product management within an agile environment.
    • Preferably experience in FX or related products in banking or Fintech.
    • Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Jira, or Rally.
    • A passion for customer experience, design thinking, and problem-solving.
    • Strong leadership, influencing, and team management skills.
