JobResponsibilities:

Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effectiveHR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth ofa business.

Offer thought leadership regardingorganizational and peoplerelated strategy and execution.
Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of acompany on HR issues.
Educate coach and partner withmanagers on performance management and employee developmentgoals.
Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedbackemployee relations development and coaching compensation andorganizational development.
Participate in the continualdevelopment of HR programs such as recruiting retentioncompensation benefits and Learning & Development.

Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a cultureof excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to delivertop business results.

Develop people strategies anddesign approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizationaleffectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Lead core HRprocesses across products (performance calibration compensationcycle promotions).
Analyze and interpret various typesof employee reports (e.g. compensation job levels and attrition) toguide decision making and provide proactive solutions to theirclient group.
Partner with Learning & Development towork on valueadded programs in areas of training development careermobility and job performance.
Educate team members oncompensation practices including compensation performance feedbackperformance calibration and careertransitions
