    As a Sailpoint IIQ Developer at KPMG, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining identity and access management solutions using Sailpoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) technology.

    Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and configure Sailpoint IIQ to meet the complex business requirements of our clients.

    You will be part of a dynamic team of technology professionals, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver best-in-class solutions.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.


    • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Sailpoint IIQ Developer or similar role.
    • Strong technical proficiency in Sailpoint IdentityIQ, including developing and implementing custom workflows, rules, policies, and connectors.
    • Experience in integrating Sailpoint IIQ with various systems, such as LDAP, Active Directory, HR systems, and applications.
    • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, or similar.
    • Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) concepts, including access provisioning, deprovisioning, rolebased access control, and identity lifecycle management.
    • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
    • Highly motivated and selfdirected, with the ability to work independently and in a teamoriented, collaborative environment.
    • Relevant industry certifications, such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), Certified Identity and Access Consultant (CIAC), or Sailpoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer, are highly desired.

    Sailpoint IIQ Implementation:

    Lead and participate in the design, development, and deployment of Sailpoint IIQ solutions, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and client requirements.


    Requirements Gathering:
    Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements related to identity and access management processes and systems.

    Solution Design:

    Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design Sailpoint IIQ solutions that align with clients' long-term goals and objectives.


    Development:
    Develop and configure Sailpoint IIQ workflows, rules, policies, and access control rules to cater to clients' unique needs.

    Integration:

    Work on integrating Sailpoint IIQ with various systems, such as HR systems, directories, and applications, to ensure seamless provisioning, deprovisioning, and access request processes.


    Testing and Deployment:
    Conduct thorough testing of Sailpoint IIQ configurations to ensure optimal performance and security. Support the deployment and rollout of Sailpoint IIQ solutions.

    Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
    Investigate and resolve technical issues related to Sailpoint IIQ implementation and provide timely support to clients.

    Documentation:

    Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system design, operational procedures, and user manuals, to ensure comprehensive knowledge sharing and smooth handover to support teams.


    Collaboration and Coordination:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, architects, and security professionals, to ensure successful project delivery.

    Continuous Improvement:

    Stay updated with the latest Sailpoint IIQ releases and technologies, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
