    Weare looking for an ambitious and energetic Business DevelopmentManager having digital marketing / advertising BD / Salesexperience of minimum 5 years from digital marketing / advertising/ media agencies which will help us to expand our clientele. Youwill be the front of the company and will have the dedication tocreate and apply an effective salesstrategy.

    Thegoal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boostingsales and forging strong relationships to achieve the financialgoals set in terms of revenue targets and gross margin targets on amonth on monthbasis.



    Requirements

    • Developand execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenuetargets and maximize marketpenetration.
    • Identifynew business opportunities and lead the sales team in acquiring newclients.
    • Developand maintain a strong sales pipeline and effectively manage thesalescycle
    • Buildand maintain strong relationships with key clients advertisingagencies and mediabuyers.
    • Understandclient needs and provide tailored advertising solutions to meettheirobjectives.
    • Monitormarket trends competitor activities and industry developments toidentify opportunities for businessgrowth.
    • Preparesales reports forecasts and analyses to the senior managementteam.
    • Makerecommendations for sales strategies and process improvements basedon marketinsights.
    • Planningand overseeing new marketinginitiatives.
    • Collaboratewith internal teams including marketing editorial and operations toensure seamless execution of advertisingcampaigns.
    • Providetrustworthy feedback and aftersalessupport
    • Developentry level staff into valuablesalespeople
    • Musthave at least 5 year of experience in digital media salesadvertising & brandedcontent
    • Demonstratedexperience in scaling up businessoperations
    • Priorexperience as profit centre head isdesired.
    • Seasonedand successful leader preferably with experience in a major& complex industry or organization in a competitive marketsegment.
    • Carrygood business acumen to help with the growth of theorganization
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills

    Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and inspire a team of writers,reporters, and contributors to produce high-quality content fordigital and print platforms. Develop and execute an effectivecontent strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives andresonates with our target audience. Plan, assign, write, and editarticles, features, and daily online news stories, ensuringaccuracy, consistency, and adherence to the brand's editorialstandards. Stay updated on industry trends, news, and developmentsto ensure the brand's content remains timely and relevant.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, includingindustry experts and partners, to enhance content quality andcoverage. Ensure the timely publication of content across variousplatforms, including the brand's website, social media channels,and print publications. Monitor and analyse content performancemetrics to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering aculture of creativity, innovation, and professional growth.Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Journalism, Communications,English, or a related field. A minimum of five years of editorialexperience, prior experience in B2B publishing is preferred.Required Skills: Exceptional English written and verbalcommunication skills. Strong editorial skills including editing,proofreading, and fact checking. Creative thinker with a keen eyefor design and visual aesthetics. Excellent organisational andproject management skills. Proficient in using editorial softwareand tools. Strong knowledge of digital publishing platforms,content management systems, and SEO best practices. Paywallexperience. Project budget management skills. Desirable Attributes:Passionate about the GCC technology market. Ability to workeffectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Collaborative teamplayer with strong interpersonal skills. Knowledgeable about thelatest trends in the travel industry. Energetic, self-motivated,and results driven. International roaster of travel writers andphotographers.
