    Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate - Retail Banking (Mortgage Origination & Servicing)

    In this role, We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Funds Disbursement Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a crucial member of our funds disbursement department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. This role demands a high level of focus, attention to detail, and expertise in banking operations

    you will be responsible for all the activities related to credit assessment of Home Mortgage

    Able to balance change with ability to adjust to changes in systems & process readily and are Resilient i.e. balance pressure from a variety of factors and situations.

    Responsibilities

    .Executing pre-defined tasks with minimum supervision

    .Execute daily disbursement activities in accordance with established procedures and regulatory guidelines.

    .Review and validate transaction requests to ensure completeness and accuracy.

    .Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties to resolve any transaction-related issues.

    .Maintain records of disbursements and related documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

    .Monitor and report on disbursement activities to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)

    .Continuously identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

    Qualifications we seek in you

    Minimum Qualifications / Skills

    .Bachelor's degree in Finance (B.Com.), Business Administration, or a related field.

    .Prior experience in funds disbursement or banking operations.

    .Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to collaborate

    Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

    .Prior experience in Retail Banking/Mortgage or Finance industry

    .Solid understanding of financial transactions and banking products.

    .Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

    .Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

    .Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to collaborate across teams by profoundly understanding the cultural variations with high emotional intelligence
