    Description

    Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (B2B HR SaaS Product)

    The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business development and sales growth in the B2B HR SaaS product space.

    Key Responsibilities

    • New Business Development: Identify, engage, and close deals with potential clients to drive new logo acquisition.
    • Sales Funnel Management: Independently build and manage a robust sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize pipeline efficiency and conversion rates.
    • CXO Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, conducting high-impact sales presentations and negotiations tailored to senior decision-makers.
    • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed an annual sales target of INR 1.5 crores in a target-driven environment, tracking and reporting progress against sales KPIs and targets regularly.
    • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the B2B SaaS space, providing actionable feedback to internal teams to refine product offerings and strategies.
    • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver seamless client experiences, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, and providing regular sales forecasts and updates to leadership.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product sales, with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Experience in selling HR products or solutions is a strong advantage.
    • Excellent ability to independently create and manage sales funnels.
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven success in managing and influencing CXO-level stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
