    Lead ServiceNow Engineer – GRC/IRM

    Delhi/NCR (Preferred), Bangalore, Hyderabad

    A Lead ServiceNow Engineer is a key technical contributor responsible for designing, developing, managing, and maintaining solutions.

    Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Specialty Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.

    Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.


    Key Responsibilities :

    System Design and Architecture:
    Responsible for designing and architecting ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements. Lead must understand the platform's capabilities and limitations to design scalable and efficient solutions.


    Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
    Collaborating with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to analyze requirements for ServiceNow implementations. Lead will be responsible for requirements to be correctly translated into technical specifications and solutions.


    Customization and Configuration:
    Customize and configure the platform to meet specific business needs. This involves creating new modules, workflows, business rules, UI pages, and integrations with other systems. Lead will also be responsible for guiding the team into configuration and customization.


    Integration and Data Migration:
    Integrating ServiceNow with other third-party applications and systems is a crucial aspect of the job. Lead should design and implement integration solutions and manage data migration when required.


    Development and Scripting:


    Lead will be accountable for validating and verifying the scripts and code (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.) for ServiceNow applications and enhancements developed by the team.

    Lead may be required to develop the scripts and code in case the team members are unable.


    Secure Coding:
    Ensuring that ServiceNow implementations adhere to security best practices and compliance standards. This includes managing user access, data protection, and handling sensitive information.


    Performance Optimization:
    Optimizing ServiceNow performance and monitoring system health to ensure smooth and efficient operation

    Troubleshooting and Support:
    Providing technical support to resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations

    Documentation:
    Preparing detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, system designs, and implementation guidelines

    Team Management:
    Provide guidance to team members on technical issues, bug fixes and formulating solutions. Should be able to review the work done by team members.

    Required Skills:

    ServiceNow Expertise (Hands on IRM Suite is MUST):
    Hands-on experience of working on ServiceNow platform, complete IRM Suite (Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, Third Party Risk Management, etc.)
    ITOM modules such as discovery, event management, service mapping, compliance configuration, Orchestration, Virtual Agent, Now Mobile, UI Builder, Designers, Automated Testing Framework and Performance AnalyticsIntegrations (designed & implemented minimum 3 integrations):

    Experience in Integration Hub, Rest API, SOAP, eBonding etc. Integrating Jira, Azure, Microsoft Teams, MS Outlook, Office365, Mappedin, and third-party apps.


    Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies

    Domain Knowledge:
    Familiarity with Governance, Risk and Compliance management (GRC) frameworks

    Communication and Collaboration:
    Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and development teams

    Problem-Solving:
    Analytical mindset and the ability to identify and solve complex technical challenges.

    Technology awareness:
    Platform: ServiceNow San Diago and later releasesFrameworks: CI-CD / CSDM,Database: MongoDB, SQLProgramming: Core Java, Angular, ReactJS,Deployment/

    Project Management:
    Concepts of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, DevOps

    Qualification:

    Graduation in Information Technology/Computer ScienceCertifications (MUST HAVE):
    ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – RC/TPRM)Certifications (Good to have):

    ServiceNow Certified Application Specialist (CAS - PA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – DISC, EM, SM,HAM,SAM, APM), Micro Certifications related to ITOM or IRM suitesWorking experience with Fortune Customers
