    Job Description:

    • Handle sales inquiries via livechat and email, covering account issues, deposits and withdrawals issues, general product and services inquiries etc. Escalate complex cases to relevant teams as needed.
    • Support the sales team by preparing and providing reports on deposits, withdrawals and other relevant account activities.
    • Assist other teams with ad hoc requests related to client operations or system updates
