Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant /Sr Travel Consultant– Holiday Packages to design sell and manage domestic and international holiday packages. The role involves understanding client travel requirements creating customized itineraries coordinating with suppliers and ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients.Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries for domestic and international holiday packages via calls emails and walk-ins.
- Understand client preferences budget and travel goals to propose suitable holiday packages.
- Prepare share customized itineraries quotations proposals follow up with clients to close bookings achieve sales targets prepare itineraries vouchers invoices service confirmations coordinate visa teams maintain accurate client records booking details CRM/system ensure compliance company policies supplier agreements provide pre-travel during-travel post-travel assistance handle queries changes complaints high customer satisfaction repeat business stay updated destinations hotel products airline policies visa rules travel trends assist promotional packages seasonal offers competitive analysis pricing insights negotiate create attractive proposals attention detail time management work under deadlines multiple bookings.Graduate in Travel Tourism Hospitality or related field preferred 1-3 years experience in holiday leisure travel knowledge of DMCs hotels tour operators added advantage KPIs monthly sales conversion ratio accuracy bookings documentation turnaround time proposals confirmations growth opportunities exposure incentives performance-based rewards dynamic supportive environment expect job member growing team build function shape processes eventually manage small team as volumes increase culture values integrity transparency long-term relationships shortcuts.
