    Head of Marketing

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our corporate strategy and Go-to-Market functions.

    The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of scaling up organizations and expanding their market presence.

    As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy, driving brand visibility, and enhancing market share across diverse business verticals.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's/PG degree in Engineering.
    • Minimum of 15 years of work experience in a marketing role.
    • Proven experience in corporate strategy and GotoMarket functions.
    • Demonstrated success in scaling up organizations and expanding market presence.
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Familiarity with diverse business verticals, especially Auto, Defence, Aviation, Robotics, E-Waste and Recycling, Exports, and Oil and Gas Industry.

    Responsibilities:

    Corporate Strategy:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the overall corporate objectives.
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to contribute insights for longterm business planning and growth.

    Go-to-Market Function:

    • Lead the development and implementation of GotoMarket plans tailored for each business vertical.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

    Market Expansion:

    • Leverage industry knowledge and market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and penetration in existing and new markets.
    • Drive initiatives to enter new markets and establish a strong presence.

    Brand Positioning:

    • Define and reinforce the brand positioning across various business verticals.
    • Develop strategies to differentiate us in the market and enhance brand equity.

    Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to foster strategic alliances and partnerships.
    • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

    Performance Metrics:

    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
    • Analyze data and metrics to optimize marketing strategies and enhance overall performance.
