    We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and provide invaluable support to our company. Your role will involve performing various administrative tasks, including updating employee records, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.


    This 6-month internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain firsthand experience in HR operations and gain insight into our company's approach to payroll and recruiting.

    The stipend for this 6- month internship is between 5,000 - 7,000/- INR per month.

    Responsibilities


    Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment formsGather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accountsScreen resumes and application formsSchedule and confirm interviews with candidatesPost, update, and remove job ads from job boards and careers pagesCoordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new employees to ensure a smooth organizational transition.

    Prepare weekly and monthly reports as needed.
    Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and employment laws to ensure compliance and recommend improvements to existing processes.

    Requirements and skills

    Experience as an HR intern or a similar junior HR role is a plus.
    Familiarity with resume databasesExperience with Google Suite.

    Good understanding of full-cycle recruitingBasic knowledge of labor legislationOrganizational, Observational, Talking and Listening skillsStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.

    High level of professionalism and integrity.
    Graduate in Human Resources Management or a similar field

    The HR intern will directly report to the Director of BranchKarma.
