SUMMARY OF THE POSITION :
The individual in this role is responsible for the delivery of cutting edge technology infrastructure (Data Centers - On premise / Cloud, End user Devices, Network, Storage Devices, office 365 suite, SharePoint, Microsoft loop erc, Power Automation etc .The individual in the role must strongly integrate with Infra Operations and Collaboration team to ensure the infra solution delivered enhances the productivity of users and creates a stable & secure environment for the business operations.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Microsoft Excellence :

• User creation and management in Office 365.
• Azure Active Directory management users, groups, creation and assigning permission.
• Document management on SharePoint and creation of folders and mapping to the respective groups, assigning permission to file and folders.
• Managing Microsoft Loop as company Wiki.
• Manage ADFS Server for SSO.
• Manage AD Sync Server for data sync with office365.
• Manage Office 365 backup.
• Manage Azure Portal and Support users.
• Manage AnyConnect VPN for domain users.
• Manage exchange server Office 365.
• Manage Em Signer for legal and finance team.
• Cross Vertical support.
• Manage MS Team administration.
• Manage SharePoint Administration

Delivery of End User Devices :

• Design, Configure and Deploy high performing End User Devices
• Laptop, i Pad's, Printers, IP Telephony to enhance User Productivity within agreed timeline and Budget.
• Prepare RFPs on new requirements on End User Devices which are high performing and work with Procurement team to identify the Partner who support Quality, cost, and time of delivery.
• Work closely with procurement team to set up SLAs with IT Partner's
• Transition to Infra Operations team on trainings and troubleshooting required to support the end user's and deployment at site level
• Breweries, Divisions

and Corporate Office

Implementation of O365 suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Loop etc.

Delivery of On-premises / Cloud Infrastructure for hosted applications and Storage Area :

• Design and implement onsite data center and offsite data centers co located, cloud infrastructure like AWS, AZURE to support the deployment of hosted applications like SAP, Company website, Business Reporting Solution.
• Design and implement back up servers, disaster recovery servers for critical hosted applications like SAP, Email and Print servers with associated operating systems and software.
• Design and deploy Active Directory, DNS, File, Database, Server Virtualization (VM Ware platform/ Hyper V
• Design and implement DAS (Direct Attached Storage), NAS (Network Attached Storage) and SAN (Storage Area Network)
• Execute robust project framework and collaborate with IT Partners for on time delivery of projects.
• Design, Configure and Implement Office 365 suite
• Develop and implement Infrastructure and capacity plan to meet business growth.
• Execution of collaboration tools VC tools like Polycom, Lifesize and integration with MS Teams, Zooms and other gateways.

Information Security and Network Delivery :

• Design and implement optimal network hardware and equipment which includes router, switches, hubs, UPS across all the geographies of India market
• Breweries, Divisions
• Design and Implement fool proof security solutions including firewalls, antivirus solutions, intrusion detection systems, Cloud / on premise server security, web application security,
• Strong administration of User Accounts, Permissions and Access rights in Active Directory
• Develop and implement Network security plan to support business growth.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILL SET :

• BCA / B. Tech / MCA from premier institutes
• 7 to 9 years of experience out of which 4 to 5 years in deploying and configuring enterprisewide LANs, WANs, WLANs, SDWAN, VPNs. 3 to 5 years of experience of deploying Active Directory, Group Policies, Microsoft Exchange, Core Switching, Routing, SSL/IPSec, SAN, Virtualization (VMware, Hyper V), Disaster Recovery, Microsoft certified in O365, SharePoint, Microsoft Loop.
• Experience of installing cabling networks, telephony systems, voice (PABX) and data networks,
• Well versed with networking (routing and switching) skills, and latest operating system.
• MCP, MCSA or CCNA certified, ITIL Certification is preferred.
• Handson experience on hardware and software, Windows/Mac OS environments
• Strong customer service ethos, Ability to work under pressure.
• Skilled in providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Great analytical and problemsolving skills to help resolve issues faster.
• Knowledge to prepare documents, meeting materials and correspondence.
