- Currently pursuing adegree in Human Resources Business Administration or relatedfield
- Strong organizational and time managementskills
- Excellent written and verbalcommunication abilities
- Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information withdiscretion
- Basic understanding of HR principlesand practices
- Proficiency in MS Officeparticularly Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Abilityto work collaboratively in a teamenvironment
- Detailoriented with strongproblemsolving skills
- Knowledge of labor lawsand regulations is a plus
- Previous internshipexperience in HR or related field isadvantageous
- Ability to multitask andprioritize tasks effectively
- Stronginterpersonal skills and the ability to build professionalrelationships
- Adaptability and willingness tolearn new HR concepts
