    HUMAN RESOURCEINTERN

    Overview:

    The HumanResource Intern plays a vital role in supporting the HR departmentwith various administrative tasks and HRrelated activities. Theycontribute to the overall success of the HR team by assisting withrecruitment onboarding recordkeeping and employeerelations.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Assist withrecruitment processes such as job posting candidate screening andinterview coordination
    • Support the onboardingprocess for new employees including orientation andpaperwork
    • Handle administrative tasks such asfiling data entry and maintaining HRdocuments
    • Assist with employee relationsactivities such as organizing events and communicationefforts
    • Participate in HR projects includingpolicy updates and HR systemimplementations
    • Conduct research on HR bestpractices and regulations
    • Assist in developingtraining materials and organizing trainingsessions
    • Contribute to maintaining employeerecords and databases
    • Provide support in HRcommunications and announcements
    • Participate inHR meetings and take minutes
    • Ensure compliancewith HR policies and procedures
    • Assist withbenefits administration and enrollmentprocesses
    • Support the coordination ofperformance appraisal processes
    • Handle adhoc HRadministrative tasks as assigned
    • Assist with HRreporting and data analysis

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Currently pursuing adegree in Human Resources Business Administration or relatedfield
    • Strong organizational and time managementskills
    • Excellent written and verbalcommunication abilities
    • Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information withdiscretion
    • Basic understanding of HR principlesand practices
    • Proficiency in MS Officeparticularly Excel Word and PowerPoint
    • Abilityto work collaboratively in a teamenvironment
    • Detailoriented with strongproblemsolving skills
    • Knowledge of labor lawsand regulations is a plus
    • Previous internshipexperience in HR or related field isadvantageous
    • Ability to multitask andprioritize tasks effectively
    • Stronginterpersonal skills and the ability to build professionalrelationships
    • Adaptability and willingness tolearn new HR concepts
    • Familiarity with HRIS orother HRrelated software is abonus
