    Description
    Achieve the Budget of the Region in terms of revenue as well as cost.

    • Develop sales forecast, Budget and manpower plan for the Region.
    • Monitor sales volume, revenue and cost against forecast to identify problem areas and adopt procedures or Re route resources to improve the over all performance of the region.
    • Supervise the different branches and ensure implementation of tools of procedures that will assist the whole sales process from call to closure thereby optimizing productivity.
    • Increase the distribution network of agency channel cost effective manner.
    • To ensure early Licenses by our Business Partners to enhance earnings & productivity.
    • Post merger, conducting trainings with ADP / SM / BM / DM to drive ADP business.
    • Active member in the HO team to prepare payout structure for business Partners.
    • Dealing with HO for marketing, payouts & Operational issues.
