    Description

    Includ is a D2C ecommerce fashion brand for mothers and kids. It has been started by the ex-Urbanic team to bring high-quality, stylish and the latest fashion for mothers and children.

    We seek a highly motivated and creative Brand Manager (eventually progressing to Chief Marketing Officer in 3-4 years) to join our core team. The Brand Manager will develop and execute brand strategies that drive growth and increase brand awareness.

    Responsibilities:


    • Develop, create and execute comprehensive brand strategist to establish INCLUD as a leading fashion brand


    • Understand the pulse of the consumer via feedback, conduct market research (online and offline) and competitor analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for brand positioning and differentiation.


    • Manage all aspects of brand communications, including messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.


    • Collaborate with the design team to develop visually compelling and on-brand marketing materials, including digital assets, social media content, print collateral, and promotional materials.


    • Plan and oversee the execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns, and collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and marketing objectives.


    • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, campaign performance, and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.


    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners to maximize brand exposure and secure collaborations and press coverage.


    • Manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reports on the effectiveness and ROI of non-digital marketing initiatives.

    Requirements


    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.


    • Proven experience (5 years+) as a Brand and Marketing Manager or a similar role in the fashion or consumer goods industry. Exposure to womenswear/ kidswear is highly desirable.


    • Demonstrated ability to build zero to one in a small setup with ability to build teams


    • Strong understanding of brand development, marketing principles, and consumer behaviour.


    • Proficiency in utilizing various marketing channels and platforms, including brand marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and content marketing.


    • Excellent creative and strategic thinking abilities with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.


    • Strong project management skills and ability to lead a team


    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
