    JobSummary:As theCaptain Steward you will play a crucial role in ensuringexceptional customer service maintaining cleanliness standards andsupporting the overall efficiency of our establishment. Yourresponsibilities will include supervising the stewarding teamcoordinating with other departments and ensuring compliance withhygiene and safetyregulations.Responsibilities:1)TeamLeadership:
    • Lead andsupervise the stewarding team providing guidance training andsupport as needed.
    • Delegate tasks effectivelyto ensure smooth operation of the stewardingdepartment.
    • Foster a positive and collaborativework environment among teammembers.
    2)OperationalSupport:
    • Oversee thecleanliness and organization of the kitchen dining areas andservice stations.
    • Ensure the proper handlingand storage of kitchen equipment utensils andsupplies.
    • Monitor inventory levels andcoordinate with the procurement team to replenish supplies asneeded.
    3)CustomerService:
    • Maintain ahigh standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the cafincluding restrooms and dining areas.
    • Respondpromptly to customer feedback and address any concerns or issuesrelated to cleanliness or service.
    • Collaboratewith the frontofhouse staff to ensure seamless service and apositive dining experience forcustomers.
    4)Complianceand Safety:
    • Ensurecompliance with health and safety regulations including foodhygiene standards and sanitationguidelines.
    • Conduct regular inspections toidentify and address any maintenance or safetyhazards.
    • Train staff on proper cleaningprocedures and safetyprotocols.
    5)CommunicationandCollaboration:
    • Communicateeffectively with kitchen staff servers and other departments tocoordinate tasks and ensure efficientoperation.
    • Collaborate with the management teamto implement policies and procedures aimed at improving servicequality andefficiency.
    Qualifications:
    • Previousexperience in a similar role preferably in the hospitalityindustry.
    • Strong leadership and communicationskills.
    • Excellent organizational andmultitasking abilities.
    • Knowledge of foodhygiene and safety regulations.
    • Ability to workeffectively in a fastpacedenvironment.
    • Flexibility to work eveningsweekends and holidays as needed.
