Description

Responsibilities:-

1. Demonstrate proper use of Fragrance, makeup and skin care products
2. Cross-sell beauty products, when appropriate (e.g. serums, body lotions and hair care products)
3. Identify customer needs and recommend Fragrance, cosmetics and skin care products based on their preferences
4. Help clients find products they are looking for in our Kiosk.
5. Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves
6. Explain to customers how to use products they're interested in buying
7. Advise customers on how to take care of their skin
8. Inform customers on prices and special offers
9. Replenish stock as needed

Requirements And Skills-

• Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role in EBOs.
• Customer service experience in Malls, Exclusive Stores.
• Ability to demonstrate and promote beauty products on the spot (e.g. how to apply face creams).
• Good communication skills.
