Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with customers via live chat, emails, social media, and phone calls to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Modify and adapt sales pitches according to real-time customer feedback and market demands.
  
• Efficiently manage and update customer contact information databases.
  
• Offer proactive suggestions that align with customer requirements.
  
• Ensure smooth transitions of customer interactions to appropriate departments for further processing or action.
  

RequirementsEssential Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in Tamil with strong communication skills and a good command of English.
  
• Holds any graduate degree.
  
• Experience of 0-6 months in tele calling or customer service roles; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  
• Demonstrated sales acumen with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
  
• Able to handle multiple communication channels effectively and adapt communication style to suit different customer needs.
