    Role - Business Development Executive

    Experience - 2 to 6 Years

    Location - Mumbai (on-site)

    Responsibilities

    • Build relationships with prospective clients
    • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
    • Manage sales pipeline
    • Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages

    Requirements

    • MBA graduates preferred 2+ years of relevant experience as a business development executive
    • Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills Tech-savvy with the ability to make complex technical matters easy- to understand even for nontechnical people
    • Excellent phone and cold calling skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Experience working in a fast-growing unstructured startup environment In-depth experience in market research in SME SaaS-tech or SMB segments is preferred

    Good to have:

    • Zendesk and Fresh Desk experience
    • Product/SAAS/SME/SMB sales Background
