    Position Title:
    Accounts Payable Executive


    Job Summary:
    The Accounts Payable Executive is responsible for managing the company's financial obligations to suppliers, vendors, and creditors.

    This role involves overseeing the entire accounts payable process, from invoice verification to payment disbursement, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Verification and Coding: Ensure invoices are accurately coded and appropriately authorized before processing for payment.
    • Invoice Processing: Receive, review, and process invoices from suppliers and vendors promptly and accurately.
    • Payment Processing: Coordinate and execute payment disbursements through various methods such as checks, wire transfers, and electronic payments.
    • Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with vendors, respond to inquiries, and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments.
    • Expense Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable transactions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate recording of expenses.
    • Monthend Closing: Assist in monthend closing activities by preparing accruals, reconciling accounts payable balances, and generating reports as required.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and relevant regulations in all accounts payable processes.
    • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and automation within the accounts payable function.
    • Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders such as purchasing, finance, and other departments to streamline processes and resolve issues.
    • Reporting: Generate regular reports on accounts payable status, aging analysis, cash flow projections, and other relevant metrics for management review.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Proven experience 8 in accounts payable or relevant accounting roles.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
