    JobDescription:As a GrowthManager in marketing at YelloSKYE you will play a pivotal role indeveloping and executing marketing strategies to boost our brandpresence and achieve business goals.

    KeyResponsibilities:
    Digital

    Strategy Development:
    Collaborate withbusiness team to understand business goals and developcomprehensive digital marketing strategies for growth marketing

    Demand Generation Funnel:
    Create an Inbound demand Gen funnel forleads from target geography ContentMarketing: Create edit and optimise contentfor various digital platforms including websites blogs social mediaand email marketing campaigns


    Social MediaManagement:
    Manage and grow our socialmedia account by creating and scheduling posts engaging withfollowers and analysing performance metrics

    SEO and SEM:
    Conductkeyword research onpage and offpage SEO optimization and managepayperclick (PPC) advertising campaigns to improve search enginerankings and drive traffic


    Email Marketing:
    Plan execute and analyse email marketingcampaigns including segmentation content creation and A/B testing

    Analytics and Reporting:
    Monitor and analyse key performanceindicators (KPIs) to track the success of marketing campaigns andprovide insights and recommendations for improvement

    Digital Advertising:
    Manage campaigns on platforms like Google Ads Facebook Ads andothers optimising ad spend to achieve business objectives. ManageThird Party relationships Work withthirdparty agencies to deliver on goals as and whenrequired.


    Market Research:
    Stay uptodate with industry trends and bestpractices sharing insights with the leadership team

    Qualifications: Bachelors degree inMarketing with 5 years of relevantexperience Proven experience in digitalmarketing working for a B2B tech company.
    Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such asGoogle Analytics Google Ads social media management tools and emailmarketing software. Strong analyticalskills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

    Excellent communication skills wriitenverbal and interpersonal Creative mindsetand a passion for staying updated with the latest digital marketingtrends and technologies.
