    Job Responsibilities
    "

    • Internal o Plan and forecast store opening timelines and occupancy cost. o Fulfil store opening targets. o Achieve budgeted occupancy cost. o Complete internal approval process. o Ensuring the Annual Operating Plan is achieved.
    • External o Secure retail spaces for existing and upcoming brands in the company portfolio. o Liaison with real estate consultants to scout for properties o Liaison with mall developers / owners to scout for properties. o Finalise commercials for each properties. o Liaison with lawyers for due diligence and documentation of the properties. o Network with key people from the real estate industry."Education Requirements "Any Graduate / Post Graduate Specialised in Marketing etc. (Preferred from Property Acquisition background in retail industry)"Skills & Competencies "
    • Good business acumen and economic sense.
    • Understand brands positioning.
    • Good negotiation skills.
    • Good understanding of legal documentation and able to negotiate on the same.
    • Superior understanding of retail real estate market.
    • Strong industry network.
    • Good planning and execution skills.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Good relationship management skills. "
