    Overview:

    As a TeleCaller you will play a crucial role in our organization by reachingout to potential customers to promote our products or services.Your ability to engage with customers over the phone andeffectively communicate our offerings will directly impact oursales and customer acquisition efforts.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Make outbound callsto potential customers
    • Explain ourproducts/services to potential customers
    • Followup on leads and prospects
    • Manage and updatecustomer database
    • Meet or exceed salestargets
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolveissues
    • Keep accurate and detailed records ofcalls made and outcomes
    • Coordinate with salesteam to ensure proper customer handoff
    • Adhereto scripts and comply with call center qualitystandards
    • Conduct customer satisfactionsurveys
    • Stay updated on product knowledge andsales techniques
    • Provide feedback on callquality and performance
    • Attend trainingsessions to improve skills andperformance
    • Collaborate with the marketing teamon call campaigns
    • Adhere to all companypolicies and guidelines

    RequiredQualifications:

    • High school diplomaor equivalent
    • Proven experience as a TeleCaller or similar sales/customer servicerole
    • Excellent communication and persuasionskills
    • Strong negotiation and closingskills
    • Ability to meet and exceed salestargets
    • Customer serviceorientation
    • Good organizational andmultitasking abilities
    • Proficient in CRMsoftware and MS Office
