- 4 to 6 years of experience in tender coordination or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of tender preparation and documentation processes
- Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Excel and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Engineering background is preferred
- Experience in project management is a plus
- Manage the complete tender process from start to finish
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to gather necessary information for tender documentation
- Prepare tender proposals, including technical, commercial, and pricing details
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission deadlines
- Review and analyze tender documents to identify scope of work and deliverables
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to understand project requirements
- Prepare and maintain tender documents, pricing schedules, and supporting documentation
- Assist in negotiating and closing deals with clients and suppliers
- Keep updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Provide regular updates on tender progress and status to management
