    Purpose of the roleThe Digital and Technology team of General Mills India Centre is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to contribute to the Global Digital Transformation initiative at General Mills in capacity of a Process Automation Lead Technical Architect.

    This role will report into Process Automation Manager in India and functionally collaborate with the global Process Automation team.

    It is an Individual contributor role, and, in this role, you would lead, research, design, influence and deliver innovative automation solutions for improving business processes using automation tools like, Automation Anywhere A360 RPA, ServiceNow App-Engine Low Code BPM Workflow, and Win-shuttle SAP Master Data tools.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES· Subject matter expert on all GMI process automation tools, technologies, infrastructure, and integrations.· Significant understanding of enterprise systems, platforms, data, security, network, and architecture across General Mills.

    Brings to the table a breadth of expertise outside of their core Digital and Technology specialty.· Fluent in conducting strategic conversations and influencing senior leadership, business users, team members, and peers across General Mills.· Play the role of mediator for leadership to translate technical discussions and break down complex processes.

    Offers technical direction with appropriate communication for various audiences.· Actively searches for emerging intelligent automation technologies and leads the evaluation, implementation, and deployment of new automation technologies & solutions.

    Should be well versed with technologies important to process automation modernization.· Mentor others (on or off the team) on any project, even with limited experience/knowledge of the project or system.· Fosters a culture of sharing, re-use, and design for scale, stability, and operational efficiency of all process automation solutions along with significant contribution to our Talent Acceleration Center.


    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS· Technical leadership on process automation tools – ideally including Automation Anywhere Robotic Process Automation, ServiceNow App Engine for Low-Code/Workflow, and Win-shuttle (used for SAP automation & governance).· Bachelor/Master of Software Engineering· Enterprise Architecture & System Designing· TOGAF or GCP or other relevant architect certification· Skills· Dot Net, Java, or Python and Web API, REST/SOAP.· Oracle, MS SQL, Big Data or other Data technologies.· JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks.· Dev-Sec-Ops Tools (e.g., GitHub, VSTS, Jenkins etc.)· Integrations technologies· Cloud Technologies· O365 Platform with SharePoint & Power Automate· Security/GovernancePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS· Skills· RPA (e.g.
