- Over all 18+ Years of work experience, relevant min of latest 15+ years in Supply chain Management
- In-depth knowledge Supply Chain Management.
- Ensure timely dispatch of product to end user.
- Develop an overall vendor base which creates and sustains a competitive advantage, and develop vendor relationship.
- Ensure quality policy and develop SOP for dept.
- Continuously monitor pricing trends.
- Provide high level management co-ordination to all business units as per need and direction of Higher Management
- Establish and develop relations with internal and external partners.
- Should help L&D dept. to develop year training calendar for entire Dept.
- Should possess skills to present any sort of report desired by management related to dept.
- Ensure maximum Cost effect.
- Negotiation Skills & Cost saving skills.
