Ruhe is India's biggest digital brand in Kitchen and Bath fittings space.

We are currently looking for a Senior ecommerce manager to lead our business on Amazon and Flipkart.

Location : NSP, Pitampura, New Delhi

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing a strategic eCommerce marketing plan to drive sales.
• Overseeing the day-to-day management of the eCommerce platform, ensuring the site's stability and performance are optimal.
• Coordinating with inventory or product teams to ensure listings are accurate, stock levels are maintained, and product details are updated.
• Ensuring the listings are user-friendly, intuitive, and converts visitors into customers.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals by optimizing the site, campaigns, and promotions.
• Monitoring website analytics, creating reports, and providing actionable insights.
• Ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience and handling any complaints or issues related to the online shopping experience.
• Staying updated with eCommerce trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the online store competitive.

Eligibility

• 4-5 years relevant experience on Ecommerce platforms.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
• Ability to negotiate with vendors, partners and stakeholders.
• quick thinking to resolve customer related issues.
• keeping up-to-date with latest Ecommerce and retail trends.
