- Knowledge of Hyper-V and VMs.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and related components.
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, FTP, Office 365 or equivalent email solution
- Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup.
- Knowledge of server vulnerability analysis and hardening of servers.

- Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors.
