    Compensation: No Bar for Right Candidate

    Work Hours: 9:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. (Mon to Sat)

    About the Role:

    As a Relationship Manager at FinLender, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong connections with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure client satisfaction by understanding their financial needs and aligning our services to meet those requirements. Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and referrals, generate leads, conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team, working closely with clients.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    o Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, understanding their financial goals, and ensuring seamless communication.

    o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, advocating on their behalf within the organization to ensure their expectations are met.

    o Utilize market research, networking, and referrals to identify potential clients.

    o Actively generate leads and pursue sales opportunities for acquiring new clients.

    o Present sales pitches and conduct product demonstrations for potential clients.

    o Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.

    o Work on Debt/Distressed Financing proposals with a strong understanding of debt and distressed funding.

    o Analyze and prepare generic industry, market, and specific company overviews.

    o Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling FinLender financial services.

    o Coordinate with channel partners and the operations team to ensure the smooth processing of funding proposals.

    o Ensure compliance with all channel partners and clients.

    o Create and maintain various deal documents, including information memoranda and teasers.

    o Support clients in financial due diligence processes during loan sanctioning activities.

    o Proactively communicate with lenders, investors, business partners, and internal teams to ensure transaction closure.

    o Collaborate with internal teams to tailor financial solutions that address clients' unique challenges and objectives.

    o Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide clients with valuable insights and advice.

    o Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and business partners.

    Relevant Skills Knowledge and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
    • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or Sales Manager in the BFSI industry, with a strong track record of client acquisition and servicing.
    • Knowledge of lending products and services offered in the financial services industry.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused approach.
    • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and objectives.
