Description

Experience: 2+ years in Product based companies or MSME.

Scope of Work:

1. Aesthetic design of consumer electronics products with use case and functionality analysis.

2. Research the various ways a particular product might be used, and who will use it

3. Sketch ideas or create renderings, which are images on paper or on a computer that provide a visual of design ideas

4. Use computer software to develop virtual models of different designs(Fusion 360, Solid works, Etc..)

5. Create physical prototypes of their designs

6. Examine materials and manufacturing requirements to determine production costs

7. Work with other specialists, such as mechanical engineers and manufacturers, to evaluate whether their design concepts will fill needs at a reasonable cost

8. Evaluate product safety, appearance, and function to determine if a design is practical

9. Present designs and demonstrate prototypes to clients for approval

Experience:

1. Should have experience in any mass production manufacturing process like Injection Molding, Sheet metal, or Vacuum casting.

2. Must have experience of rapid prototyping processes like CNC Machining, 3D printing (SLA, SLS and FDM).

3. Should have knowledge of GD&T.

4. Capable to deal with local supplier and MSME vendors for technical queries.
