    Chief marketing officer

    Responsiblities:

    Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with short- and long-term company objectives for our services and platforms business units.

    Conceptualize, plan, execute and review the marketing strategy for the organization.

    Position as an innovative, tech-driven digital transformation force, reducing costs and manpower for large enterprises.

    Drive conceptual thinking and create expert marketing strategies aligned to customer needs.

    Drive digital marketing initiatives geared towards growth, brand recall and TOMA.

    Map outgrowth channels, including existing clients, new logos, and strategic partnerships with industry giants like AWS, Azure, Google, as well as SIs/MSPs.

    Drive demand generation activities and campaigns for dynamic non-linear business development opportunities.

    Effectively overseeing marketing budgets, strategically allocating resources, and optimizing expenditures to attain maximum return on investment (ROI).

    Leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback and support to drive excellence in marketing execution.

    Acting as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values and maintaining consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.

    Requirement:

    Ability to develop, articulate and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.

    Be the driver for brand positioning, differentiation and brand equity to enhance market share and brand awareness.

    Ability to optimize multi-channel marketing efforts of the team to reach target audiences effectively.

    Monitoring and analysis of market trends, consumer insights, marketing analytics and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

    Ability to lead strategic partnerships and collaborations with external agencies, vendors and influencers to amplify brand reach and awareness.

    Education: Post Graduation in Marketing/ MBA from a premier institute like IIM/ISB/XLRI or any top Business school.
