KeyResponsibilities:

Your role would involve ensuring that highquality service is delivered to clients.

This would involvetransitioning and transforming processes compliances knowledge dataetc from the client and thereafter lead the services from EY on dayto day basis with support from team.

Towards this you would have the followingresponsibilities:
Implementing best in class deliveryfor clients
Ensuring standard operating tax processesbuilding best practices leveraging standard processes andidentifying need for and infusing technology/ automation whererequired.
Monitoring and meeting engagement KPIs set bythe client for EY
Organizing and engaging indiscussions/ meetings with the client (at higher levels)
Resolving client issues and concerns in a timely manner
Leveraging EY experience to ensure best practices are implementedwhile operating the tax function
Coordinating withvarious specialist teams within the Practice to deliver outcomes toclient
Taking part in strategic and tactical portions ofservice delivery (such as decisions on litigation strategy changemanagement new legislation implementation etc)

A qualified CharteredAccountant
58 years of postqualification tax experiencein both Consulting and Industry with specialization in tax(preferably exposure across direct tax indirect tax andtransfer
pricing)
