    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced ETP Operator to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. As an ETP Operator, you will be responsible for managing the entire Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), DAP (Di-Ammonium Phosphate), Multiple Effect Evaporator, and overseeing the preventive maintenance of the ETP Plant, as well as hazardous waste disposal. Your role will encompass operations, maintenance, and support to ensure the efficient and compliant functioning of our treatment facilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operation and management of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), DAP, and Multiple Effect Evaporator.
    • Conducting preventive maintenance of ETP Plant to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
    • Implementing water pollution control acts and rules to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Proper disposal of hazardous waste in accordance with environmental regulations.
    • Monitoring and optimizing processes to maximize efficiency and minimize environmental impact.
    • Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues to minimize downtime.
    • Maintaining accurate records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and environmental compliance reports.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address environmental concerns and optimize plant performance.

    Required Candidate Profile:

    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ETP and DAP operation, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Degree or Diploma in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field.
    • Proficiency in implementing water pollution control acts and rules.
    • Strong technical skills in operating and maintaining treatment plants.
    • ITI/Diploma qualification preferred.
    • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
