Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software (a plus).

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open positions.
• Conduct initial HR screenings (phone interviews, reference checks, etc.).
• Prepare and issue offer letters to successful candidates.
• Manage the recruitment process through online job boards and other channels.
• Onboard new hires and ensure they are properly integrated into the company culture.
• Maintain accurate employee records and filing systems.
• Assist with benefits administration and answer employee questions related to HR policies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by coordinating employee events and activities.
• Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.
