- Preparation and review of tax returns for Individuals, Partnerships, S and C-corporations
- Familiarity with Subchapter K rules
- Ability to identify and research common tax issues that arise in client engagements
- Identify key planning opportunities throughout the year and develop a framework for tax strategies that best align with client needs and goals
- Assist in identifying and promoting the development of new delivery capabilities and/or channels to satisfy evolving market requirements
- Support the partner team in the development and planning of practice strategy, objectives, and budgets
- Build on strong coaching skills to mentor key talent
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related discipline
- Certified Public Accountant (US) or qualified Chartered Accountant is a preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting in taxation or equivalent experience
- Experience with a wide variety of entity types
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Expert Knowledge o Go-systems, CCH Tax Axcess, XCM, and Caseware preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Tech savvy & adaptable to changing work expectations
- EA along with CPA or CA preferred
- Compensation: Commensurate with Industry standards
