    Requirement:

    We are currently seeking talented and motivated Advocates to join our team for making appearances in High Court, NCLT, SAT, DRT and in Arbitration Tribunals. The ideal candidate shall have experience / exposure for more than 5 years in practicing in the said Courts / Tribunals.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    ➢ Appearing in Courts / Tribunals and arguing the matters

    ➢ Drafting and preparing documents including Notices, Applications, Affidavits and other related documents and pleadings to be filed.

    ➢ Conducting research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and best legal practices.

    ➢ Assisting Seniors in preparing for trials, hearings and other legal proceedings.

    ➢ Reviewing and revising documents to ensure accuracy, clarity and conformity with legal requirements for filing in various Courts.

    ➢ Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of assignments.

    ➢ Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and adhering to professional ethics.

    ➢ Staying updated with the latest developments in the legal field to be incorporated in day to day legal work.

    Key Skills:

    ➢ Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized University.

    ➢ Excellent drafting skills and skill to argue the matter on your own.

    ➢ Strong research and analytical skills.

    ➢ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Word.

    ➢ Effective communication skills, both written and oral.

    ➢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    ➢ Strong time management and organizational skills

    ➢ Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.
