Lakshme is urgently hiring for Program Manager- Financial Literacy and Awareness.

LakshMe is a CSR initiative by Prudent Group. We work to educate women about finance so that they can shoulder their family's financial responsibilities with their heads held high.

Location: Surat

Job Overview :

We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and creative Program Manager – Financial Literacy & Awareness who will lead and drive our community engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, proactive in execution, and confident in delivering engaging financial workshops as a speaker, helping women and young girls rethink and reshape how they understand and engage with their finances

Activities :

· Conducting Workshops & Online sessions (basic to advanced financial literacy)

· Train-the-Trainer (TOT) initiatives

· Local awareness campaigns & events

· Monitoring and impact reporting

Roles & responsibilities :

· Collaborate with local schools, colleges and organizations for workshops

· Online BFF sessions

· Collect, curate, and coordinate content for posting on organizational social media handles, including participant feedback, Vox Pop videos, and on-ground activity highlights.

Qualification:

· 1 year of experience, preferably in financial educational training

· MBA Finance / Post Graduate with specialization in Finance

· NIM-Series-XVIII Or NISM e Learning course on Securities Markets Primer

Key requirements:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficiency in local language with confidence in public speaking and community interactions.

· Willingness to travel extensively across Surat and nearby locations for workshops, trainings, and outreach activities is mandatory.

· Basic working knowledge of Canva for content creation and basic proficiency in MS Office tools.
