Majorly focused on Cloud and Security solutions. We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Azure Solution Architect to join our dynamic team and lead the design and implementation of Azure-based solutions. Lead the team Project initiation and delivery.

    Overview: As the Marketing Manager for Technical Services and Microsoft Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales of our organization's technical services offerings and Microsoft products and services. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to create targeted marketing campaigns, generate leads, and support the sales pipeline.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Marketing Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to promote our organization's technical services offerings and Microsoft solutions.
    • Define target customer segments, value propositions, messaging, and positioning for our products and services.
    1. Campaign Planning and Execution:
    • Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, events, and content marketing.
    • Develop compelling marketing collateral, sales materials, presentations, and case studies to support sales efforts.
    1. Lead Generation and Nurturing:
    • Generate leads through targeted marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, and inbound marketing efforts.
    • Implement lead nurturing programs to engage prospects and move them through the sales funnel, leveraging marketing automation tools and techniques.
    1. Sales Enablement:
    • Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and develop sales enablement resources, including sales training materials, playbooks, and competitive intelligence.
    • Provide sales support, including creating sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customer testimonials.
    1. Partnership and Channel Marketing:
    • Collaborate with Microsoft and other strategic partners to develop joint marketing programs, co-marketing initiatives, and channel marketing campaigns.
    • Support partner enablement activities, including training, marketing support, and co-selling efforts.
    1. Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
    • Monitor competitor activities and analyze market positioning to identify opportunities and threats.
    1. Measurement and Reporting:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Track and analyze marketing performance data, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on sales of technical services and Microsoft products and services.
    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products and services, including Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, and other cloud solutions.
    • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, events, and content marketing.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance and ROI.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and presentations.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
    • Team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
