    As a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition (HR), you will play a crucial role in overseeing full-cycle recruiting for our Sales division, focusing on domestic hiring.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Source potential candidates through various online channels, including social platforms and professional networks.
    • Identify critical positions and anticipate future needs to build a robust talent pipeline.
    • Plan and execute interview procedures, including screening, assessments, and in-person interviews.
    • Assess candidate information using an Applicant Tracking System and design job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each position's requirements.
    • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas for improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in reputable companies.
    • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
    • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • A deep understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
    • Experience in the Medical Devices, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing domains is essential.
