Responsibilities for product trainer

Coordinate with other business units to resolve customer requests and issues

Disseminate technical information to all field service engineers in most efficient and timely manner

Evaluate training and development effectiveness by assessing application of learning to job performance and recommending future training and development programs

Identify and implement additional trainings as needed based on customer / employee feedback

Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the servicing of new and existing equipment and competitive products

Participates in the release and support of new devices

Provide biomed training, new hire training and participate in development of training documentation (aligned with service manual)

Provide early and comprehensive feedback to business unit management concerning customer comments and equipment performance

Provide Off hours support on a rotating support schedule

Provide summary of trainings and ensure follow up as needed

Qualifications for product trainer

Development of training material and standard operating procedures

Experience of delivering successful training in high technology professional and/or military products

Sound working knowledge of modern radio communications principles and associated technologies

Computer literate with sound working knowledge of MS Windows and office suite of applications

The flexibility to work in a dynamic company with a wide product range, and approach their work with enthusiasm and a positive attitude

Be able to manage their own schedule and workload
